should watch. really. altho it was a sleep-inducing film to many of my peers, i found it very interesting. heh. perhaps bcos i have a heart for the environment, despite looking fwd to the Armageddon. haha so ironic n paradoxical.
aft watching this film, i'm encouraged to apply wat i've learnt frm Al Gore: "Each one of us is a contributor of global warming but each one of us can make choices to change that."
thus, to reduce the carbon emissions that i'm gonna produce this lifetime, i shall just cease to breathe n die. the amt of carbon emitted frm my corpse wud be less as compared to tt emitted frm my living body for the rest of my life! cool reasoning huh?
haha i'm not agnst Al Gore or anything la. in fact, i agree w/ him tt tackling terrorism may be impt, but tackling the global warming issue is as urgent. think abt this: yes, terrorism acts may kill tens, hundreds, or even thousands at one go, but global warming is as devastating bcos in the long run, we can bid goodbye to many of those living in low-lying areas all over the world, albeit in a more gradual n slower process thn terrorism. where n how shd we start tackling this issue?
as Al Gore so tersely n aptly put it, "Political will is a renewable resource."
